CARRIAGE
Floor mounted or suspended, 2MJ Burner Carriage design permits to move the burner in 3 different planes permitting a flexible and easy adjustment of burner inside the kiln. In addition, 2MJ design is robust, safe, reliable and easy to maintain.
According to clients need carriage can be manual operated or fully automized.
As per 2MJ design, the same trolley and rails can be used also to support the new satellite burners implemented in the cement industry.
Automatic Burner ignition
The use of an automatic lighter is the safest way to start-up a burner. A low gas flow is pre-mixed with air in the igniter tip and a high voltage spark ignites the flame that has about 500mm long.
A flame detector incorporated in the ignitor indicates when the pilot flame is on assuring the safety operation of the system. If for some reason the pilot flame goes out, the detector sends a signal for the gas valves to close.
With the igniter 2MJ can supply the BMS (Burner Management System) and the Gas Valve train to permit a correct and safe operation of the system.
oil lances
2MJ uses reliable and innovative technology to achieve a high quality of oil atomization and generates stable flame from initial heating up to normal production. This technology can be used for standard oils and waste oils also.
As atomization is done by compressed air, it is not required high pressure in the oil system.
This technology permits a large turn down ratio, meaning that the same nozzle can be used from initial heating up to normal operation without changes.
