Satellite Burners for Cement kilns
2MJ experience with satellite burners comes from the 2000’s when solid alternative fuels started to pop-up in Europe. At that time, Satellite burner was a cheap and fast alternative to start burning SAF.
Our solution for Satellite burners of today is a sophisticated designed solution that permit an significative upgrade in alternative fuels burning.
The main advantages a Satellite burner can bring to alternative fuels burning are:
• Crate a drying zone (with secondary air) before the fuel enters in the flame;
• Increase the residence time of SAF particles
• Can be oriented independently from the Main burner and adjusted according to SAF characteristics.
Calcined Clay Kiln Burners
2MJ developed special burning technology for calcined clay burners where specific combustion conditions are required.
Our Burner allows a precise control of process temperature and helps in controlling the final color of the clay.
Expanded Clay kiln Burners
Expanded clay is a delicate process where 2MJ has big experience burning conventional fuels (Gas, Oil, Coal and Petcoke) and alternative fuels (Waste oils, Biomass, Animal meal).
Different from other process, expanded clay requires a centered and soft flame to not overheat the material and melt the clay. 2MJ obtain this mix of characteristics by special flame aerodynamics from its burners and studied fuel injection methods.
